The Enchanting Rose Tea Cup and Mug Exchange

When we sow bountifully and bless others
we will also reap bountifully
in this life of  friendships.
Every good and perfect gift is from above,
may we rejoice in the goodness
of the greatest Gift-Giver of all
and in the gifts of friendship
we have been given.

****

The Lord loves a cheerful giver,
so why not give yourself away generously
and joyfully to others.
That is the blessing of  Stephanie's
Tea Cup and Mug exchanges.
Through her exchanges we have the wonderful opportunity
of reaching out to others in love.

****

This exchange was just that for me,
reaching out in love.
I was blessed with the opportunity
to send a tea cup to two lovely ladies
and a mug to another lovely lady
due to some unfortunate circumstances in the exchange.
But with God, all things work together for good.

****

I had the joy of packaging up this lovely gift for
Cathy  who has the cutest little blog.
Please take time to stop in and visit with her
and read about her darling little "Minnie"

I also had the joy of shopping for this dear
and new friend in Christ, Karen.
I believe Karen was sent from the Lord,
and as I packaged her gift together
I couldn't help but pray for her, though I didn't know her as of yet.
Karen was so gracious with her beautiful gift to me.
Everything was so thought out
with the beautiful color of purple.
Her choice of tea cup was quite unique
with the prettiest dainty flower.
Karen and I seem to have many similarities
and I look forward to enjoying a friendship with her.
She has a sweet spirit and much love for the Lord.
I am not a mug person, so I do not usually do the  mug part,
but again, I had the opportunity
to package up a lovely gift for Hope.
As I walked through one of my favorite shops in town,
I prayed for the Lord to show me just what
this precious one should have.
The Lord tugged at my heart to create
a Christmas theme,
after all, Christmas is just around the corner.  :)
I had more fun putting this love gift together.
Michele  over at Finch Rest
graced me with the most delightful package.
She was so sweet and generous with her love gift.
One of the items that she shared with me
was a book from her very own collection,
"Love from the heart of the home" by Susan Branch
It's a keepsake book, and I will certainly treasure it.
Isn't this the most beautiful and feminine arrangement
with all it's pink and lace?
Michele and I have already enjoyed sweet fellowship
with one another.
I can tell already that I am going to enjoy her friendship.
I believe the Lord makes no mistakes.
Through Stephanie and her exchanges
I have been blessed with many precious friends.
Stephanie so beautifully places us ladies together
with the guiding direction of the Lord, and through prayer,
and you can see that as you hear of the friendships that are made.
As her mother, I have the privilege of hearing some of the
beautiful stories she has shared
of friendships made all across the globe.
Thank you dear Stephanie,
for all the hard work, effort and love that you pour into
your beautiful exchanges
so that we might be blessed.

****

Jesus is the "light of the world"
and He calls us to walk as children of light ~
to allow His light to shine in us
and through us to one another.
The warm rays of love, generosity,
cheerfulness, honesty, sharing and caring
kindle the spark of life and blessing
in the heart of true friendship
May we reflect the light of heaven in our world
through our life so that others will see Jesus.

Be Gracious
~ Debbie ~

I will be joining Stephanie's party over at
The Enchanting Rose

The very best treasures received was that of friendship, truly the Lord's Hand guided Stephanie the whole way. You may be proud of that wonderful daughter of yours, dear Debbie.

Thank you for your faith and care. Hugs, prayers and love - Michele

PS I never ever thought of snapping a shot of what I sent you or Tammy. Oops. That would have been a good idea. Oh well, haha.

This is my first time participating in one of Stephanie's exchanges and it has been heart warming right from the beginning thanks to your daughter's organization and love for the well being of others.
You received some wonderful gifts, Michele I know well and she is a generous blogging sister. The parcels you sent out graced the homes of lucky recipients and like everyone else I was delighted to be a part of this event.
