Time for some Traveling ~

For weeks now I have been enjoying the beauty of these gorgeous tulips!
As some of you may know, tulips are my ultimate favorite flower,
but sadly they do not last very long.
These little pretties are in a garden area that I have to pass
every time I go to town and with the cooler weather we have been having
God has allowed me to enjoy these for quite a long time.

Our Spring has certainly been on the cooler wet side
making for a slow growth process with just about everything,
so this bunch of tulips has been a lovely welcome to my soul.
This season always brings travel plans with myself and my husband.
We will once again be going to the World Crokinole Championships
held in Ontario Canada, followed by some traveling up North
to enjoy the beauty while taking in some hiking.
Oh yeah...Hiking with my new knee, I can't wait!
Our time is running short and we are both scrambling to get things accomplished
with all that must be done in packing and getting the motor home
ready to take out on the road.
With the cold weather and snow some of the things have been put on hold.
We have yet to unwinterize the motor home due to below temps
and now our list is enormously long with very little time left.
So...I will be around for a little while, then off line.
I never take the Internet with me on these trips
and it's such a peaceful holiday.

♡ ♡ ~ ~ ~ ♡ ♡

After our traveling, life will be busy with the Summer
just around the corner and I am planning on taking
some time away from blogging to enjoy life with a little simplicity.
My notebook will be placed on the shelf in the cabinet
and I will be quiet on the Internet for awhile,
so no worries if you do not see me around,
I'm looking forward to some down time.
So my dear and faithful friends ~
Enjoy the remainder of your Spring and the beauty of your Summer.

 Joy to You!
Debbie

All the best as you and your husband prepare to travel. I just read today that snow is expect in northwestern USA. It seems a bit late so hopefully it won't stay. Enjoy your time in Ontario and off line. I am toying with the idea of a blogging break soon too. Like you I want to enjoy some down time and some simple, peaceful days before guests arrive. It's been such a busy year for me so far.

I hope you have a really enjoyable break. So sensible not to take technology with you!

Hi Debbie, I understand completely! Since my work/livelihood is on the computer, it is not as easy for me to take breaks, but I keep in mind that 'Life' doesn't always need the 'Net' - and that's OK by me! : )

Wishing you a very blessed trip ahead, and a lovely Summer too! Let us hear from you when you can : ) And God bless you friend~
Loving hugs, karen o

It was so nice visiting with you this morning. Your Mother's Day post was truly lovely and the thoughts you shared from your heart were a blessing. I am incredibly thankful for you as a mother and your grandson just adores you as his grandmother.

WOW! These tulips are amazing! If these are the ones you were telling me about well, now I can see why you were raving about them. They are stunning. You could frame these and enjoy them in your home year-around. I hope you and dad have a most wonderful time traveling. I hope it's relaxing for you.

Enjoy your day and I will see you tonight. Love you!

Can't wait to see you and Randy! Our weather hasn't been great here so hopefully it warms up before you arrive. Warmish one day then cold and rainy the next, it seems to be the trend so far. My tulips only opened about 2-3 days ago but they are so beautiful. Enjoy your week.
